After over 15 years as a law office administrator in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Phoenix and Scottsdale, Deborah Morgaina, opened her now highly successful consulting practice, Avalon Office Organization & Management Consulting.  September 1, 2008 she celebrates 15 years in business.

Deb Morgaina authored,  “Minding Your Business:  Law Office Expansion and Management,” a chapter of Life, Law and the Pursuit of Balance:  A Lawyer’s Guide to Quality of Life, published by the Arizona State Bar and offered through the American Bar Association.  In 2001 Deb was the president of the Arizona Professional Organizer’s Association.  She is currently working on her next project “Mother’s School of Management” a guide making more money and enjoying your business.
